Couple of new "Q"s....Is it possible to cut out a section in a Primitive (ie a cube that's been reduced in thickness) to make say a door or window in that primitive, or I need to install Hexagon to allow me that freedom to remove vert's and poly's.....2: how do you relocate (if it's possible) the Universal tool to change it's location/axis.

And the biggest thing ...where do I find more videos for training....thank you

If there are enough divisions in the primitive (which you se on creation) you can use the Geometry Editor tool to select the polygons you want to cut out, right-click>Polygon Visibility>Hide Selected, right-click>Geometry Edit>Delete Hidden polygons. You could also use multiple scaled cubes to buils around the opening, which would have the advantage of having thickness.

Go to Help > Video Tutorials and that will get you quite a few on the DAZ 3D site. There are also interactive tutorials there too, have you tried any of them? Help > Home > Interactive Tutorials

There are loads of videos on YouTube as well.

There are a lot of free ones here too : http://www.daz3d.com/dreamlight

I don't know of any more apart from them and youtube, maybe someone else will post some?

Sort by Price - Low to High and the free ones should pop up first.

133 items won't be a problem -- a lot of people have thousands of items installed. You can install things only as you need them, but I find it easier to keep most things installed. You'll want a lot of hard drive space -- it adds up.

Do you mean the widget that sits in the upper left corner of the viewport, or the crosshairs on the item you have selected?

The one I have selected...three arrows RGB..box in the middle you use for scaling ...or scale the x,y,z interdependently.....however since you mentioned it ....can the cube ...in this case my top right of the screen what can be done with that if anything...all this helps right now on my massive learning curve...thank you so much....M
