On the "Ready to Download" tab click on "Download Filters", and uncheck any software you don't need.
Don't just remove all Ps files, as sometimes they are used for DS. Do this:
1) Go to the Installed tab and click the Products box to select everything
2) Right-click on an item and choose "Deselect Installed" > "All Tagged DS4.5+" (or whichever version you use).
3) Repeat this for any other software you use, and for "Software" and "Plugin".
4) Now you should only have the files you don't need selected and can uninstall them.

No, you don't need the Poser files if all you are running is Studio. In the DIM options (gear icon), you need to delist Poser from your software list.

Yes, you do not need the Poser Companion Files (CF) or the PS ones (mostly...). The DIM should know what does need them...
And yeah, the application list.
