error while loading daz scene

A few day ago I bought United States Great Seal Replica http://www.daz3d.com/united-states-great-seal-replica (I own the Required Products: Eagle 2.0) but the .daz scene did not load (the .cr2 Scenes load well).

The log file shows this error:

Opening file US Great Seal 01.daz...
Error setting pointers while reading file D:/Dokumente/Scenes/Symbols/US Great Seal 01.daz : C Exception: Memory Access Violation - Attempted to read memory at address 0x00000000
Error loading file D:/Dokumente/Scenes/Symbols/US Great Seal 01.daz.

But the .daz files are at the needed file path D:/Dokumente/Scenes/Symbols/US Great Seal 01.daz

    Are you using D:/Dokumente/ as your 'My DAZ 3D Library' folder?

    Do you have this path listed in Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager for BOTH Poser Formats and DAZ Studio Formats there?

    Yes; D://Dokumente is my default (My DAZ 3D Library) Folder, it is the default path set within DIM and yes it is set for both DAZ and Poser Formats in the Preferences.

    I'm also getting that error trying to load the .daz files -- I'll report it as a content bug. Can you load the .cr2 versions?

    yes, the cr2 files load perfect.

    ...good to hear that the problem isn`t on my side...
