Daz Studio Loading People

I am new to Daz Studio. I downloaded it a few months ago and made some progress in learning how to use it. A few days ago I downloaded and installed V4 Hero Pro pack. Victoria 4.2 does not appear in Studio. There is a message box. Critical Error The "Victoria4" support folder could not be found. Then a requester box Power Loader : Import appears. No matter what I do V4 does not open in Studio.

This also happens with Michael 4. Both have the word Actor in there thumbnail.

Can any one please tell me what I should be doing to load them into Studio 4.7.

    Did you install these files using DIM (DAZ Install Manager)?

    First of all, look in Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager and make sure that the path to your content library is listed under BOTH DAZ Studio Formats and Poser Formats.

    If you go to the Content Library pane, Poser Formats > My DAZ 3D Library > Figures > DAZ People, can you load it from there?
