any chance to still get 49%off Ysabeau's 6 Bundle?

My payment wasn't going through with my card for whatever reason daz keep saying payment declined, I got a new card but now I realized it's no longer 49% off. Any hope?

    Submit a support ticket with the dates you tried to purchase it before. stranger things have happened.The worst they will do is say no.

    thanks, i will try my luck, could you tell me how to submit a support ticket? sorry im still new to daz and cant seem to find the submit ticket button.

    For future reference

    On the bottom of every page it says "Contact Us" If you click that you can see the "Submit a Help Request" section.

    2 days had passed waiting for reply after I opened ticket. Said they will get back to me shortly. I hope Daz team will make it quick, cause I don't want to miss at least the current 30% off ysabeau items. maybe I can get just an item and not the bundle. How long do sales of new items usually last?

    Usually 14 days, but it does vary a bit. After 60 days, an item is no longer considered a "new release," which means that it might (and eventually will) become discounted again, depending on the promotion.

    New is 60 days-(ish) so yes could still be counted as new.

    The ticket, have you checked the progress on it? I assume you did get the automated response to confirm the ticket had been received.

    got reply from Daz Team, they said they ll refund the 49%. Thanks everyone for the tips.
