Why is almost everything I look up in the documentation center says Permission Denied - especially if I go through the Action Index?

I try to look up Animate2 and Lite because Animate 2 doesn't work - Permission Denied.
I tried to look up Content Library so I could more easily find my stuff - Permission Denied.
Lip sync, apply push modifier, render settings. All of that I'd love to read rather than sift through searches on the forums (love you guys but I expected this would be faster and easier to sort through) but all are denied.

Searches in the documentation center don't help much because it latches on to all finds of a key word. So I try the knowledge base but that's so ancient it has cobwebs and dust and I think I should pull out a torch to light my way. The user guide is nice but doesn't scratch the surface of a lot of things I want to learn about. So I come back to the forums and search here but many times get a kabillion hits and when I click on the "Search this Thread" option to narrow my results, I get the "your search did not return any results" every time.

I'm trying to figure out if the free Lip Sync will do what I want it to do but after I installed 32 bit right next to 64 - the program doesn't like that much and keeps crashing. Should I try Mimic Pro, Mimic Lite, or iclone - I don't know because I either run into a brick wall with searching or I get so many results it's impossible to slog through it all. I try to find out why I can't get the wardrobe for Michael for to actually apply to the character. Why Garibaldi hair system keeps crashing (I gave up and just asked for my money back). How to make shaders and Information on iray rendering (Yes I've been reading the various threads for iray but searches on specific questions I have are fruitless). . . the list goes on.

I either can't get information or get a deluge that I can't narrow down.

I always, always try to search or read through guides before posting questions I know have been asked a million times before - but I'm beginning to think I'm just banging my head against a very hard wall.

Sorry for the rant. I'm just frustrated.

Animate Lite is what Animate 2 reverts to after 30 days if you don't buy the full version of the plugin. Do you have the full version?

Lip Sync I don't use at all, but I know it was only available in the 32 bit version in 4.7.

You should be able to install the 32 bit and 64 bit versions side by side with no problems. I have a 32 bit version of DS4.6 and the 64 bit version of DS4.8 installed on the same PC. I have never had a problem with it.

They are currently working on the Docs, I am told, and that is why you get the Permission Denied error. Please feel free to post any questions you have, there is always someone here to help.
