Basic Clothing?

I'm making some diagrams that will demonstrate how to do some exercises, but I was wondering if there are some simple workout pants or shorts free for download? I'm using the basic grey genesis model, and was thinking of some basic clothing similar to this:

Sorry if this is a dumb question, it's just I've been searching around for free clothes, and everything is pretty extravagant or unsuitable for what I'm trying to create. Also, rather than make a new post, does anyone know how to highlight parts of the body? Like if I want to put emphasis on the left bicep or lower back, is that possible? I appreciate any help!

Wilmap has some. With a little searching I found some for G2M. I could not find any for Genesis quickly.

If you have the G2M clone for Genesis you could auto fit those to Genesis 1 too. There is a lot of free Genesis 1/2 clothes on that site.

You could just apply a cloth shader to the hips material of the figure.
