From the Content Library options menu (rectangle with horizontal lines in the upper corner), choose "Content DB Maintenance > Export User Data". This creates one or more .dsx files in the Runtime/Support folder (of your first DS-format content folder, if you have more than one) named UserData_1.dsx (and _2, etc. if you have a lot of custom categories). Copy them to the Runtime/Support folder on your other machines and Re-Import Metadata -- the first option on the list is User Data.
