    If I understand correctly, you want to copy categories you created on one machine to another machine? From the Content Library options menu (rectangle with horizontal lines in the upper corner), choose "Content DB Maintenance > Export User Data". This creates one or more .dsx files in the Runtime/Support folder (of your first DS-format content folder, if you have more than one) named UserData_1.dsx (and _2, etc. if you have a lot of custom categories). Copy them to the Runtime/Support folder on your other machines and Re-Import Metadata -- the first option on the list is User Data.
