stretching of texture

I am trying to make some clothing, but in the more extreme poses the poly's stretch, so the texture is stretched too. Is there any way to avoid that?

We would need a lot more information to help you.
How are you making the clothing, and in what program, and are you basing it around an already morphed figure or a Base figure (Genesis, Genesis2)?
What figure is it intended for, and did you rig it in DAZ Studio?
Did you create the textures, and is it UV Mapped?
Not totally. What can be done is to take measures to lessen the apparent stretches. Lots of polys. Then make some morphs to smooth out the mesh for specific poses. And/or by using texture patterns more appropriate for the expected poses people would use for said garment.
For eg. a vertical blade of grass tiled a lot would appear as narrow stripes, but with stretch just look like wider strips of grass.
