Buying products for Genesis

I'm still confused about what product will work with which models. I know about the compatibility chart and it's helpful.
As an example TreadZ for Genesis

It says it's compatible figure : genesis

Then in the What's Included and Features - it lists a bunch of figures. Does this mean it will only fit for those figures or will it fit for any genesis figure?

    Other way round; it's a Genesis item, so it'll work on any character morphed from the Genesis base figure. It includes custom morphs specially made for those characters listed on the store page. It will also fit any Genesis character not listed, but the auto-generated fit might not be as nice-looking.
