Rendering forever!
How come?
Render the image until 78% completed and then keep 78% completed forever.
PS: I have tried to re-open DS and the scene, the result is the same.
PS: I have rendered the image for more than 9 hours, it is still 78% completed!

This is the "Scene".
PS: I have sucessfully rendered the scene without the girl!
Is the character a HD character, or it/or the hair uses AOA SSS for the skin?
That can bring the render to a grinding halt, and takes a couplr of ectra hours to resolve itself.
You can try finding out what causes the delay by rendering the character separately, and then delete the hair.
Thank you.
The problem is that the rendering is still 76% for-ever but the computer kept running.
I have tried to remove everything except "V6", and the problem remain.
PS: The rendering of the original scene of that V6 do not have the same problem!
PS: I add the scene of that V6 to my Souk scene and then removing unwanted light-set.

You seem to be using a different skin set for your Willow?
And it renders without a problem if you just render your Willow on her own?
Have you tried rendering the image with using the default skin of Willow? Does it still stall at 75%?
Yes.
Yes, as Gallary.

I like the character I created so......
She's adorable. :-)
The reason I wasked about if the entire set renders without a hitch when you apply default Willow skin is to make certain that the skin is not the problem.
I'm not sure what causes the problem, to be honest. My thought was that perhas the combination of skin, light and HD has caused it, but that doesn't seem to be the case, as the single character ender works just fine.
I believe the skin is not the problem.
I have re-render that V6 from the orginal scene file of that V6..
PS: as attached image.
But have problem render that V6 from "my Souk Car V6" scene, even after I remove everything excepy that V6.
It is possible that V6 has been damaged but how?
My Souk adding sport car:
Thank you anyway, lee_lhs.
I don't think there actually is a problem...the render slows to a crawl when you hit the areas where there is going to be a lot of interaction between the car and the girl. If you are using any SSS skin shader, environmental lighting, raytraced reflections and so on, you'll slow to a crawl.
As a test, try the full scene, with Progressive (using 4.7, right?) Rendering turned on...if you get one complete pass fairly quickly (it will look all boxy/pixelated, but it is only the first pass), then there is nothing wrong and it would probably take between 10 and 24 hrs to actually complete, with the 'standard' renderer.
