Creating MetaData: Add Root Catagories question

So I am slowly trying to go through all the files I've downloaded and add Meta Data to them. I was initially just adding stuff to props and didn't notice this: it seems the menu that pops when I right click and select "Add root categories to selected File(s)" it seems to be that the options extend off the side of the screen. I've included a screen shot of me selecting something just on the edge of the screen where I can barely see it highlighted.

Is there a way to make it so I can scroll over or shrink the font so I can see them all? Is there a different way I should be trying to do this? I've included a picture of where I'm selecting this menu from.

Thanks in advance for the help, you guys and gals always seem to know the answers.

I see the complete list, but my screen resolution is 1920x1080.

If you Categorize from the Content Library icons, the tree is displayed differently, which I prefer over using the Content DB Editor. Just select one or more icons, right click then select Categorize.

Sure is a lot of categories. One thing you can do to make life easier is not to use the dropdown list, but instead to type in the desired category by hand. For example, if you've changed the skin on your V6 figure and want to categorize it you could type /Default/Materials/Skin under add category.

If you're not sure what categories there are, you can look under your Smart Content list. Default is the root category that most content will be listed under, though they've handily given us the option to go one tier higher if we want. If you do, bear in mind that your old categories will no longer be visible in Smart Content until you click the new 'default' suboption.
