How to get png images out of daz

I did a few quick renders. They show up in Render Library as png files. How do I get them out to use them? Export comes up with nothing I can use.

There's also a save button at the bottom of the render window, and a save action for any render in the Render Album (right-click on an image). If items show in the Render Library they have been saved.

Thank you scorpio64dragon and Richard. Save Last Render isn't active so I can't use it.
There is nothing in the Render Album.
In Render Library if I click on the image and select - 'Browse to Location' it takes me to another window and from there I can click on the right file and 'Send to' - and get it where I want. Seems like the long way around. For the next render maybe I'll try to save it differently.

Save Last render works only for the last render in the current session, and render Album is similarly limited to the current session (and has size limits, which you can adjust). When saving from the render window you don't have to use the Render Library - if you click the button to the left you can select Folder instead, then select any folder to save to.
