Pose saving and loading

Hello, everyone, I'm in need of a bit of advice :)
I’m trying to save the whole warm+forearm+hand+fingers pose. So , when saving pose, I select only color bone+right arm+ hand . But , when loading that pose on the same character I get the same fingers pose, but the arm is either in front or sideways, anyway, not in the same region of the body as it was when I saved that pose.
What I’m trying to do, is save to multiple poses with a character doing daily stuff , poses that after I can combine to get movements. For example , holding a glass of wine at waist level and having a conversation while standing is similar to holding a bottle of beer at waist level and having a conversation. So , to save time, I’m trying to save a pose for this type of action, that I can use later on.
Any idea of how I could do this? Thanks in advance, Alex.

Not very practiced with partial saves myself but the bone before affects too. For eg. if posing a finger; pose the hand and the finger. If posing the hand; pose the forearm, the hand, etc.

I am advised to tell you

Use the options dialogue to uncheck the unwanted body parts or properties - there's an option dialogue, button half-way down on the right, that allows for selecting only modified settings among other things.

Tried it. If I check all the modifications box, I get a full body pose . If I don't , I get same old problems. Here are some shot's , maybe this will help in clarifying this mess :) First image is with the actual pose I want to save... as you can see , the nails are just about to touch the skin. Second one is when I'm saving the pose, selecting nodes and checking the ' modifications ' box . third one is the actual result I get when loading that pose, on same character from a upright standing pose . Hope someone can teach me how to it properly :)

Did you turn limits off while posing? What setting do you have in Edit>Preferences>Content Library tab>When Importing a Posing/Shaping preset file that exceeds Limits?

Oh, and also, if someone knows how to get 2 char to hold hands while walking would be great. I have already tried the Mcj HoldOn script , using his 2 other scrips to set it up, I get some sort of holding hands, but with problems : distance betwen hands, deformations.... seems like the script tries to twist the hand instead of bending the elbow .... I've followed his tutorial for HoldOn and tried different setups but no luck.. any other way of doing it? Thank you!

A: It was Off.... I've turned it ON , but I get the same thing.

I've sorted it . I'll post how , maybe it will help someone else . So , first select the hand , or foot using the Active Pose Tool and pin it in place ( press Space bar ). After that go to save - Save as - Save pose and in the tree selection select ALL THE NODES THAT YOU THINK CAN HAVE ANY INFLUENCE over the arm / foot pose that you want to save. In my case, the pictures above , I selected from the hand itself all the way to abdomen 2 ( had to bend it a bit forward to get the pose for the hand ) . Don't check the ' CHECK ALL MODIFICATIONS @ BOX ( Doing that will give you a pose for the whole body ) . save , and load . It worked for me :)
Oh, and make sure that you have the limits on :D , Thank you for that , Admin :)
