HDRIs are coming out sort of blurry, am I doing it wrong?

So i downloaded the hdri of Tropical Beach from hdrlabs. I put the hdr file, the larger of the two that come in the zip file in the environment map. I hit render and the beach is not sharp, its a bit blurry, not pixelated like its too small or anything. It just seems a tad blurry. Anyway to fix that? thanks!

Thanks for the post but Im not sure I get what you mean, Ive done that, and it doesnt do anything to the hdr background.
If you mean the 3k hdr in that set...then there isn't anything you can do. The 'Tropical Beach Env' is even more blurred and is meant just for lighting usage. The 3k hdr is meant for lighting/environmental reflections and not really use as a backdrop. The 8k jpg in that set IS crisp enough for background use.
