Issues with Medieval cloaks for G2F

First I keep getting updates in the DIM program for the Medieval cloaks for G2F and I install it every time. The odd thing about that is I will install it and another update will show up in like 5 mins. I eventually stopped updating it. Another thing is it doesn't work at all. I can't find the Medieval cloaks for G2F anywhere in my library either in smart content or throughout the folders. Is this a common issue for this product?

    Inside DIM, go to the Installed tab, select the item, right click, and then select 'Show Installed Files'. That will tell you what has been installed, and where it was installed to. There should be DUF files installed to your library folder.

    I don't have this item, but I would expect to find it in DAZ Studio Formats > My DAZ 3D Library > People > Genesis 2 Female > Clothing. Have you looked there?

    The fact that DIM keeps giving you updates makes me think that there is something wrong with the install.

    Where do you install your content to, is it to the default path that DIM uses C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library and do you have that listed in the Content Directory Manager?

    I checked and it seems all the content is installed where it is supposed to be.

    Just after I posted this thread I went and purchased some add ons for the cloak. After that they started showing up in DAZ just fine. In my recent order I have the "Capable" add on. Now for some reason both the Medieval fantasy cloak and Capable add on are showing up in the DIM as updates.

    I put in a technical help request so hopefully they can help.
