Is there a way to 'return to default'

What I mean is - As an example, I played with my character's nose, really went to town on it. Is there a way to restore the nose to default settings? I only see 1 undo and that's for the very last thing you do.
Do I have to keep track of where all the sliders are at before I start messing with it?
Do you save every time you get a setting you like, so you don't mess up your characters?
I'm trying to figure out the safest way to morph my characters, and not lose some change that I like.

Undo should be several 'layers'...if you do CTRL-Z, several times (cmd-z on a Mac, I believe) it should step back several times.
But there is, under the Options (looks like a piece of lined paper) dropdown menu for the Parameters tab, a Zero...Pose/Morph/Figure. You need to have the figure you want zeroed selected, first.
Thank you mjc1016 - I'll give those a try
Cntrl + Z worked like a charm. As long as I didn't save it. Zero worked on some things not others, probably need a bit more practice with this.
Thank you this is great!
