Meaning of File Variations?

I bought a new model and other day and installed it through manager. The result of three different versions of what I assume is the same model…Predatron's Chamber sci-fi model. One is "Chamber" then "Chamber_NoRefl" and a third is "Chamber_NoReflNoLights" These are all sets and I assume the last has no lights. What's the "No Refl" mean? No reflective? And why do some models come in these different flavors?

I wish there was a right-click option for "more information" or some sort of meta-data about each file, rather than trying to decipher each artists nomenclature.

I suspect it would be no reflections, generally these options are added to allow different bases for the user to build from. No reflections would likely render quicker.
