breast poke through

I have a recurring problem with almost every female I've worked with. Even on clothing that says it supports the breast morphs for Genesis 2 I get poke through mainly on the underside/sides of the breasts but also in the front. I get this unless there are almost no morphs applied to the breasts. Is there something really obvious I'm missing?

Apply a Smoothing modifier to the dress and set collision to collide with the figure. That should fix the poke-through.

Perhaps a sports bra would help, I know some girls with very large breasts that swear by them, though they are apparently not especially comfortable.
