Filosofy Hair how do i hide crown?

edited December 1969 in New Users

I purchased Filosofy Hair and did not want the crown to show,

http://www.daz3d.com/filosofy-hair

in the description it states this part of the hair prop can be hidden, I have spent a few hours looking at how i can hide this but give up, how do I hide this crown on the hair prop?

Using DAZ 4.7

thanks

I don't have that hair, but in the description it lists a "Hide Crown" feature under morphs. Did you look under the Morphs parameters in the parameters tab for this morph setting? Alternatively, if you expand the node tree for the hair under the Scene tab, is there not a Crown node? If so, you could also simply hide it by selecting it and clicking on the little eye icon there to close the eye, thus making it invisible.

thanks, there is no crown showing when I expand the hair, I tried clicking the eye icon on all the parts available, its listed as hip, abdomen etc... non of them remove the crown.

In Parameters tab I am not seeing anything but im trying all the dials with out any luck at all

I found it, I had to select neck when I expand the prop, then under shaping there was a hide crown, not very intuitive but its there, thank you

With hair in Poser figure format you will often find the morphs in the neck.
