Can I change forum avatar now?

Hi:blank: I hope to change avatar , then I up-loaded image.jpg by user conroll panel, Edit avatar section.
select my image in my HD, then push "up-load image" , web page say "Avatar has been updated"

but I could not see any difference before.

when I remove current avatar, and check DS forum, acutaully I lost my avatar,
but next I up-load anotehr image, it just return my current avatar? why?

I clean up my IE cash, or re-start PC but it seems not work.

    The entire website is located [from what I've gathered over time] in many places, cloud servers. So when you change your avatar, it might change right away [after refreshing the page] but then again, it might take a day or two. What can help for a fast change is to select an avatar that is in a different format. For eg. if the one you're using now is a .jpg, select a .png.

    so that. I can see my avatar after two days or three days,,@@;? (if I did not change jpg to png etc,,)

    to be frankly said, I do not know still ,why I can not see change suddelnly,, but
    it is because cloud servers ?!

    Anyway,, I just need to wait?! one or two days?

    The cloud servers store [cache] pages. Rather frustrating sometimes for us but that enables the forum pages to be seen even if the website is perhaps too busy or even down AFAIK. I know sometimes I'm browsing the site and can read the pages and do not know there's a problem with the site being too busy until I go to post a message and cannot. This does not happen often.

    btw - if in a couple of days your new avatar is not showing, try again and/or post back so one of the mods can look into the matter.
