My cat actors don't work

I bought Actors Asher Basher, Siberian female cat, and Siberial Tom cat, yesterday.  They don't open up into cat images. They open up into boxes. I sure would like to use those actors! TX! trish brown

Please don't attach screenshots (I assume) as Word files - those can potentially carry malware, and in any event it's much mor straightforward to simply attach a JPG or the like (use the Snip and Sketch tool to take a screenshot).
