Can't get Animation Conversion Genesis 2 to Genesis 3 to work

I am trying to use (DraagonStorm) Animation Conversion Genesis 2 to Genesis 3. Every time I try to use it it doe's not work like the youtube demonstration video. I wonder am I doing something wrong or does the script just not work?

Please someons help me.
