How do I remove materials and other content?

Somehow I ended up with Genisis 8.1 which is fine but I don't want the materials. I also have some I guess what you call characters or whatever that I don't want how do I delete them? Not sure even how I got 8.1 or the materials in the first place I don't remember downloading anything and I am not interested.

The base Genesis 8.1 figures are part of the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials, not a separate product, which is why you don't remember downloading or installing them.
