What item of clothing is it and what is the exact filename? What is the full error message?

Gypsy Autumn is a texture set for Dark Passion -- you need to load the clothing from the Dark Passion set, select the particular article of clothing, and then apply the Gypsy Autumn material preset to it. I suspect you're trying to load the material preset without having loaded and selected the clothing.

What is the exact error message? Do you have a Dark Passion clothing item loaded and selected?

I recieve this message DAZStudio_error_report_150407-114909, also how do you go about paying daz for the indie game license.

Oh, you're actually getting a crash? Use the Help > Contact Us > Submit a Ticket at the top of the page, and attach the crash report.

I did I submitted 2 hours ago, but I was wondering though how does the indie pricing work for using daz models in an indie video game?

You buy the game license and then you are authorised to use items listing DAZ 3D as the vendor in your games - assuming you need a game developer license, if you are using only 2D sprites rendered from the content you don't. Items which don't list DAZ 3D as one of the vendors require a separate license for use in a game as 3D data.
