Genesis 8 Cross-Figure Resource question

Just bought [Genesis 8 Cross-Figure Resource] this and can't for the life of me find any directions on how to use it.  No documentation of any kind except the usual license info.

if anyone has bought this and knows if there are any directions, could you please point me towards them?  Thank you!
