Hello I just recently purchased M4 Metro Hair for my Michael 4 character Im using and I cant seem to find it in my content library.

Here is the product page

http://www.daz3d.com/m4-metro-hair

Does anyone know what Carra is? Is this product compatible with my Daz 4.7? Would really complete my character if I can get this hair to work.

While Carrara can use DAZ Studio content to a degree, it doesn't work as well the other way around.
It is perhaps best if you return the product you bought at customer support, if the purchase was done within the last 30 days.

Hair products which state they are Carrara only are made using the Carrara dynaimc hair system, and therefore are only compatible with Carrara.

You have to make sure you only buy products which work in the program you use, as DS is not the only program DAZ 3D sell. DAZ 3D also own Bryce, Carrara and Hexagon. You will also find products in the DAZ 3D store which will only work in Poser or Vue.

Always check the Compatible Software before you buy.

DAZ does have a 30 day return policy if you purchased in error
