Problem in adding clothes help please

I was using daz usually when I add my clothes model the following happens when I add a piece of clothing she will more normal when I add another piece it replaces the one I had already added, it happens to all models, as I resolve that someone can help me please, since reinstalled the program and zeroed the record further still with this problem ??

    Is the old piece of clothing you add visible in the scene tab? If yes, when you click on the eye in front of the new piece of clothing, is the old one visible again?

    Not when I add the garment she removes the previous one and one-piece. the list of objects.

    I made a video showing

    I was creating metadata, give when I was using was this already deleted the metadata that I had created but not yet decided.

    Does not have any way to reset 100% Daz to return the factory settings ??

    I don't think it is a DAZ Studio problem.

    Does this happen with all clothing, not just the Crazy Belle items?

    Have you tried loading these items from the Content Library pane and NOT from Smart Content?

    Thanks for the updated videio, though I'm afraid this goes way beyond my knowledge.
    Okay... according to the error messages it throws in the video, it is trying to create something called a "Circular ERC".

    Maybe it's best if you submit a help request here: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/requests/new so that someone of the DAZ people takes a look at it. Also iunclude the information about changing the meta data before this started to happen.
    Though, with the weekend, it might be until Monday before you get an answer.

    Look for this folder (This is in Windows 7, I don't know where it is elsewhere):
    C:\Users\YOUR\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4
    There's a "log" file in it. You can open it with the text editor to see what it contains.
    Attach it to the error report.
    Or you can look for a message about how the program tries to apply the clothing item when the other one vanishes, and then post the message here.

    (Oh, and if you want to delete DAZ Studio completely before setting it up again, this folder also has files that need to be deleted.
    C:\Users\YOUR\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4

    Don't delete C:\Users\YOUR\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\cms as it contains the data base. If you delet that one, you will have to reinstall your content.)

    Ah... if you get that, select "Do not replace" option. I think it now is set to replace everything. I have marked it with the arrow.
    If you don't want the panel to show again, select the second option I circled.
    Then try again.

    You need to turn it back on - Edit>Preferences>Content Library>Replacement Management, set the option to Ask

    Many thanks to all who helped work out here, after uninstalling and reinstalling a lot of times I learned one more thanks again.
