unlocking all items in scene tree and expand all in content library

1- Is ther a way to automatiacally unlock all items in scene tree?

locked items sometimes taake a very long time to find and I locklarge items to prevent the yellow flashing so I can think straight

2-Is there a way to expand all items in content library so it is not needed to click on so many arrows to know what is hidden there-(this is more for items from rendorosity that are harder to find)

    1 you can stop the flashing by going to Draw Settings and adjusting the Node Highlighting option to Bounding Box Only

    2 right-click on a node in the Scene pane.

    Also for expanding I was hoping to expand all in content library but I am guessing there is no way for that?
