Interactive License question

Hi,

I'm slightly confused by an interactive license for a specific character. Wonder if you could help clarify this for me :)

The character does not have the license.

The poses DOES have the license ...

Sooooo ...

Can i use this for interactive use or not? :)

And if not, is there a way to contact the creator to request they add that license?
