    Why don't you simply pop in to the members only forum and ask the PC admin who regularly post there?, rather than bothering CS who are always busy, if you really feel it is necessary.

    Because I had no idea there was a specific PC admin there. I figured that if you didn't know, then the other admins probably wouldn't either.

    Thanks for the suggestion - I'll try that out first then.

    Yes, Jack Tomalin is Admin in the PC part of the forum, and he gets PC things answered and solved very quickly. Definitely faster than CS, though of course he sometimes also has to point you towards them. :-)

    It was omitted unintentionally - but yes, the monthly freebies will continue to come :)

    I'm a moderately new PC+ member. I had no idea this problem has persited for such a long time. So just to clarify the day the PC+ weekly freebies reset is on Wednesday?
