Content Filter Locked for G8M figures

I recently bought the character Cooper Twinklefoot. I had issues right away with the character assets. Somehow the Smart Content Filter ended up wit the character name in the search bar and I can't get rid of it. This issue only appears with any Genesis 8 male figure as the attached screen capture shows. How do I return the filter to it's default setting? Currently it doesn't work with any G8M figure.

Try reinstalling Genesis 8 Starter Essentials.
