Richard or Riversoft,

I am trying to convert a custom G3 character to G8 using the RiverSoft Art Character Converter Form G3 to G8 and getting the following error msg when I click any icon in my smart content.

"An error occured while reading the file, see the log file for more details."

I have attempted to uninstall in DIM and reinstall but that had no effect at all.

I am still on 4.12

I also have XTransfer and that does not apear to be working as before either, has that product changed?  I thought I could transsfer custom charcters to 8 with that as well but not it doesn't apear to be the case, just the base figures which is worthless.  Did I miss something?

Thanks
