Unable to 'scale' figures.

Does anyone please have any idea why I am unable to 'scale' figures? (See attached pic) I am using Toon Generations Base Figure. The first figure was fine, I re-scaled to the required size, dessed it and placed it aboard the vessel, however, when trying to use other Toon figures as crew and dock workers I find I no longer have the 'scale' facility. Your comments and suggestions would be most welcom.

Click on "all" and scale each one, one at a time.

Are you parenting the other figures to the ship or dock before scaling them?

You can also set the Parameters pane to "Show Hidden Items"
