Any one know what this maessage means or how to solve it please  

"[2020-11-10 12:14:42 Severe error: 2] RUNTIME ERROR: OpenCL device selection string has the wrong length, must be 3 instead of 2"

It seems you need to configure Reality for your hardware. Read & follow the setup instructions in the Reality PDF you received with it's purchase. Reality is not near so straight forward to use with DAZ Studio as 3DL, iRay, or Filament are.
