Wow that's a shame, it looks like a great set.  And honestly, I would never have known...there are only so many ways to make body armour....

The couple pose on the bike, that is a fantastic render, very very well done.

Yeah he is transparent. I think to do it properly you’d have to put the helmet on him as well. Or you get the headless horseman effect .. I will try it tonight and see how it looks.

Thanks. I used a different image for my gallery but I liked how the pose turned out.

What a shame, but I guess it is some similar to muscle maps those could be retextured & you're good to go.

It was pulled from the store but no refunds were issued so I am assuming what I bought is good for commercial use.

Boyd gets a new outfit. I love finally having a pilot's uniform, and the fit is excellent.

I wanted to try the new winter HDRI, but had some trouble with it showing up in my viewport. I also tried a different skin for Boyd. Poor dear he is always getting re-done, but his original skin is a bit old. I will be going back to it, since he's supposed to be tan, not pink. Oh well... =-)

  • I love how the kissing scene on the motorcycle turned out. Great posing there. The shopping image looked fun, too.

I never can get HRDIs to look any good at all, good job.

@ nonesuch00 I don't have much luck with HDRI either because I often cannot see them in my viewport making using them difficult. In this case, I think it helps the HDRI contains digital trees, so it doens' have the 3d-character-on-a-photo look.

@knittingmommy. Glad you like it. The one I posted in the gallery is much lighter but people seem to like it.

Here's another Winter HDRI render. This one was quite purple-y. I wanted to use dforce, but it failed to load for me so I had to fudge with regular movement morphs.

You can put a light (very light usually) purple color in the tone mapping white balance to offset the purple light of the HDRI, if you wish. Nice image, as is, though. The purple gives a cold feel.

I wanted to try to do a kiss pose on the back of a motorcycle. This proved an interesting challenge artistically...  what to with Owens legs. It’s also pretty dark down there.

You've done a lot of lovely ones lately, but I think this one is my favorite. Intimate moment the way they're looking at each other.

Thanks! I think that turned our really well! especially given it was so dark! =-)

I really wanted to do an skating image. But there were no skates to fit G&M. Fortunately, there was a freebie on Sharecg that you can attach to a shoe or a foot. So ingenius! Just a blade but  it really worked. Kitbashing outfits took several hours. There really is so little for G8M to wear.

I think the boys aren't executing fantastic ice  moves, but Boyd is catching Owen.

The new wet maps which came with the new Short wet hair product produce excellent results on men's skin. I think this is the best wet skin map I have used. I used this in combination with the nik filter I shared previously.

Here is Boyd from the back. Unfortunately, neither guy has long hair..But maybe when they get out of the military.

"Hey Babe, I bet you I can race you to the other side of that Rock."

"You're just bein' distracting now aren't you?"

    "I dunno, is it working?"

    "Hell yeah! Lets go!"

    "Are you okay?"

Love the contrast between them. And happy holidays!

the skating scenes are fun! nice posing again, but I really love the Winchesters with that sepia tone

  • You've really outdone yourself on these two in the recent renders- fantastic images, and very life-like posing and expressions on them both.

    Dforced Tux formal tie.

There was a nice freebie by the late: studioartvartanian on rendo which takes dforce pretty well.

I think I'll have to make it a touch smaller so it doesn't go beyond the pecs.
