Downloaded content not working

I just purchased the Sci-Fi Tower and Base environment, but when I tried to load it in this error message appeared.

'An error occured while reading the file. See the file log for more details.'

I've copy/pasted the log file here:

If anyone can give me some advice about how to get it working, that would be appreciated. I'm still new to DAZ so I don't know how everything works yet. I installed the product in the usual way, from the Install Manager.

2020-05-13 10:58:24.447 Invalid node selection for "preset_material" type. - the file you are using is a Materials preset, not the actual model.

Judging from the "Invalid node selection for "preset_material" type" error message, I'd say you're trying to load a material preset rather than the actual item.
