genesis-generation-x2 not working - always spits an error message

I try to get my Vic 4 Characters to Genesis 3. I read the menual and watched several tutorials, but somehow this tool won't work. I'm getting this error:

You do have GenX2 with both the Genesis 2 and Genesis 3 add-ons installed?
