How to fixate a part of the body (ActivePose Tool)

I am doing an animation using the ActivePose tool. And when I pull hand to the side, the other hand also moves. Is it possible to somehow “freeze” the other hand so that it does not react to this instrument?

Select the thing you want pinned and either use the Toggle Pins button in Tool Settings or press the space bar.
