Daz Studio version 4.12.0.86 won't load

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Removed Daz Studio and Octane for Daz. (Couldn't figure out another to get rid of Octane). Downloaded latest DS version 4.12.0.86. Ran it and it said successfully installed but when it gets part way through loading it just disappears and doesn’t load?

Any help would be welcome.

    How far does it get? Is it still listed in Task Manager (or the Mac equivalent)?

    I have seen that happen when your anti-virus or anti-maleware software is running. It is not a consistent behavior but stopping the AV software for the installation has always worked. Trying shutting downthe AV or setting an exception for Daz Studio.
