tassels, like the earrings in "Pearl of the Night for Genesis 3 Female(s)" ( https://www.daz3d.com/pearl-of-the-night-for-genesis-3-female-s ), but rather than a single cone, modeled with the bundle of individual threads.  Personally I'd like a 3DL version, but could easily retexture an Iray version with appropriate material zones.
