Is there anything newer like this? Esp the open collar version.

Does NOT convert well to Genesis 8

    Maybe convert it to the original Genesis, or to Genesis 2, save that as a garment for that generation, then let the converter load THAT one to Genesis 8?  I had to do something like that with an M4-era outfit I'd originally been wearing on a Genesis 3 Male character, who i decided to recreate in Genesis 8 Male, then tried to load the original, M4-era version of the outfit onto him... which did NOT work... so I went back to my G3M character, saved each of the elements of the outfit out as G3M clothes, and then added THOSE onto my new G8M guy, and it worked fine.
