I actually had the original Genesis Severed man, but it doesn't look like RawArt will be coming out with a G8F version.  The mannequin forms is more along what I'm looking for.

You can use the Geometry Editor to edit the character.  It's not fun to do, but it works.

The edges will be a little ragged, so something like the caps from one of the mannequin sets to finish would be a good idea.
