Window Layout Help?

So this may seem like a silly question, but I need some help with window layouts and tabs! I had my "content library" tab on the right-side of the screen by default. It was in the standard layout, where you could click on an option/folder (not sure what to call it) and it would scroll over and show options down below. However, when I was clicking through, I must have pressed something wrong. It now shows me what looks like a check list, yet whenever I click on a word it won't bring up content. I've tried clicking on the drop-down menu tabs, but none of them change anything. Any advice on getting it back to the way it was before? Thank you! :)

    That appears to be a search screen. Did you click on a little magnifying glass?

    Yes, I was searching, but now I can't go back! I can't unsearch! lol

    Ok I fixed it! I just reloaded the "workspace" and put all my tabs back! Thank you sooo much though :)
