Auto-fit and object loading issue

I have Genesis and M5 installed, along with M4 and all its morphs, shapes for M4 for genesis, and Gen X. It's my understanding that when I activate a older-gen object onto a Genesis figure, the auto-fit prompt should appear asking for the figure that object was designed. My problem is that the object doesn't load on my M5 figure at all, even after a brief loading bar is displayed. I don't understand the issue, as I've had it work fine on a previous install, and I've ensured that everything is installed to the proper directories this time around. Can anyone help?

    It sounds as though the thing you are loading is a material file, not the actual model.

    Thanks Richard, the model for this particular product was unusually categorized so it took a while to find it. I'm still having an issue getting auto-fit to work with hairs - is it supposed to?

    It depends on the Type of hair, some are better just loaded and then Parented to the Figures head and then Scaled and adjusted for the best fit.
