Another Quick Question Please SOLVED

Ok I have all of these scene and set files... that I have saved...Is it possible to go in through...my computer..user...ect...ect... and pull them out so I can put them in a folder on my desktop... and put a couple back... when I want to use them again... without messing anything up???Thanks in advance Trish

    That should work. One thing you must remember, though, always put the files back into the folder you took them from before you try to load them. Double, triple, quadruple especially if you're loading them to make changes or additions then re-save — D|S treats scene files and presets differently if they're created in a mapped content location or if they're in "a folder on the desktop". Hauling a file out of one location and trying to use then save it in another may cause Something Nasty™ to happen.

    Yes you can move the Scene files without breaking a thing. It is the Data folder that holds all the magic, the Scene Files just call the Data folder.

    But as pointed out you MAY, not always, see errors if they are not Put back into the same folder they came from before use.

    I do Sub Folders with more sub folders. So I can keep say PC Contest scenes in a different folder than my RRRR contest scenes. Just Right Click on a open Area and add one. That Creates a REAL one on your Hard Drive you can then SAVE the files into it.
