As it is stated at product page ( http://www.daz3d.com/inaneglory-s-falloff-studio) that
it is free for purchasers (or owners) of Photo Studio 1, 2 or 3, Photo Studio Lux or the Photo Studio Bundle.

But I still can not get it for free, how come?

I'm having the same problem. I have bought Photo Studio Lux but the store still wants me to pay for this.

What I can't figure out is, Falloff Studio is basically a collection of presets for the listed products. As far as I can see if is no use unless you have bought one of the products that should allow you to get it for free, so why does it have a price?

If you add it to the cart and go to the checkout page, does it then give you a $5.57 disount?

The store software should be checking your purchase history, but to do so, you'll actually have to be ready to buy it...which probably means the same step in the process as having applied coupons/gift cards to your order.

My Product Library tells me I have InaneGlory's Photo Studio and InaneGlory's Photo Studio Lux and when I get to checkout all I get is the 30% off ($7.95 down to $5.57).
Curiously the required products are listed as:

    Required Products:

    InaneGlory's Photo Studio 2
    InaneGlory's Photo Studio 2
    InaneGlory's Photo Studio 2
    InaneGlory's Photo Studio 2

I've gone all the way through selecting my address, credit card and entering the card security code, but when I get to the final stage with the "Place Order" button it is still showing as costing $5.57

P.S. it isn't applying my Snowball Savings percentage either. Is this still going on? I still have the banner saying I have storewide savings.

The required products display in the store often goes wrong when something has more than one required product. I've seen it just repeating the same one several times on other items. Today I once saw Fallof Studio showing Photo Studio 1, 2 and 3 and Studio Lux as required, but this time when I went back to the page it had Photo Studio 3 shown 4 times.

I just went through the process because I own Photo Studio 2, but it still says it's $5.57 for me as well.

I saw the correct Required Products list, but I've also seen the Required Products list do strange things in the store before.

It won't apply the Snowball saving as the item is neither older than 60 days nor a current Snowball item. I suspect hat the freebie was set to expire after a few days, whether correctly or not I don't know but will ask.

Typical...the store fails when nobody is around to do anything about it...but this is definitely a 'submit a ticket' item...

IG had a post on this a couple of days ago, in the Christmas Freebie thread...

According to that post by IG, it should be good until the end of the year.

Seems like there is stuff that needs to be fixed everyday, so something was bound to break during our Christmas stupor. :P

It sounds like this is working now and to those that purchased Falloff and should have gotten it for free, I've issued store credit. If the discount is still not working for you or you feel you paid for it incorrectly, PM Jared or me... or make some noise here... or submit a ticket. We'll make it right.

Thank you guys for being patient with us. We do our best to get things right the first time but we are far from perfect.

    <3 Merry wintertime whatever(s)!</p>
