Content Not Showing why?

So i recently bought Braxton for M5 and installed it but when i go to daz studio the content is no where to be found only the morphs show up.
I installed it into the right directory but it still wont show I even tried re-installing the content

    I do not have this character.

    When you say you cannot find it in content, are you looking in the smart content pane or the content pane?

    There is no readme file for this product in the online readme's. If you go to the content pane (not smart content), you should be able to find the character in DAZ Formats -> -> People -> Genesis -> Characters -> Braxton, or it might be in a directory under Characters based on the vendors name.

    You can also use the search function at the top of the Content pane (not smart content), to see if you can find it by searching.

    If you can find it in content, but not smart content, that narrows down what the problem is. On the other hand, if you cannot find it in content, that is a different problem.

    Braxton presets should be in your DAZ Studio Format library in Presets\Characters\Male_M3dia\Braxton
