FBMJulie.dsf is missing!

Product "Tsukiko for Aiko5"

Everything is OK when open Actor Character1
but there is an error message when open Actor Character2.
The error message is as attached.
How come?

BTW, what's the difference between these 2 Characters?

    On the Product Page it says:

    •Young Teens 5 Julie Morph is required for Tsukiko Shape 2.


    Do you have that morph?

    I am not sure.

    I got the product from "Aiko 5 Pro Bundle".

    And I can open the Character1 without any problem.

    Tsukiko comes with two shapes, shape 1 only needs Aiko5, shape 2 needs Julie as well.
