I'd love a new version of this, specifically higher resolution and maybe dforce or strand-based.  G3 compatibility is nice too.

With a GF3 version I doubt you will see a new version any time soon.

Yea.  It's kind-of lacking in detail and seems low res though.  Also it would be nice if it was d-forceable.

Well it's not that low res since it comes out to 80 thousand polys and I guess you could subdivide it further to make it higher res. I gotcha on the dforce deal, I wish all hair was dforceable, LOL

I suppose I should bump up the render res.  Oh that's a point.  Haven't tried that with my new card.  Definitely would have killed the 970.  Maybe add a smoothing mod?  I'll experiment.
